Jon Newhard is Chief Operating Officer with over 16 years experience in the software and technology industry. Previously, Jon held high-level positions in sales management, product management and business development at SAP and Siebel Systems, where he helped grow two businesses to $100 million in revenue. More recently he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Geo-Replicator division, at Infonic, plc where he held profit and loss responsibility for the division. Jon earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in economics and engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He currently oversees the operations and growth of revenue and income for Kaplan Compliance Solutions.
Kris Cope is Vice President, Sales with over 13 years experience in education and technology sales and marketing. Kris started with BISYS Education Services in 2002 as a Regional Account Executive. Kris' sales career originally began in the computer book / multimedia industry where he held varying sales roles for companies such as Random House and Thompson. Immediately prior to joining BISYS, he was Vice President, Sales for a children's multimedia / entertainment company in Miami, FL. He currently oversees all the sales activities for Kaplan Compliance Solutions.
Lisa Hastings is Senior Vice President, Licensing & Registration ServicesSM (LRSSM), with more than 20 years experience in all aspects of insurance and securities compliance. She was previously Vice President, Operations with Protective Life Insurance Company, where she managed all compliance, claims, policy administration, customer service, product management and product filing functions. Lisa currently oversees all operations related to Kaplan Compliance Solutions’ compliance outsourcing business unit and Kaplan Compliance Solutions’ client services department.
Shelly Simeone is Sr. Director of Legal & Regulatory Services with over 9 years of experience in the insurance and securities industry. Shelly currently manages the contract administration, e-PAL Service, and marketing teams and works closely with the industry acting as the liaison between Kaplan Compliance Solutions and the NAIC, NIPRSM and the state Departments of Insurance. Shelly joined Kaplan Compliance Solutions' predecessor, Pictorial, Inc., in 2000.
Phil Dayalu is Vice President, Technology with 12 years experience in technology and systems security. Previously, Phil was the Director of Computer Services for the Ceres Group, Inc, where he supervised infrastructure, security, and legacy development. Most recently, Phil served as the Director, Network Services for ITT Educational Services, where he supervised infrastructure and security for all of ITT ESI, including all campuses. Phil currently oversees all Technology, including Product Development, Security and Information Technology, for KCS.
